Missed Appointment Policy

We are taking this issue very seriously and we will be de-rostering patients who continue to miss appointments or cancel with little notice.  Those patients will be de-rostered and asked to find a new physician.  Recent increases in “no shows” are taking time away from other patients who need our care and creating unnecessary administrative work for the office.

First missed appointment/late cancellation, we will send a reminder notice that you missed your appointment.

Second missed appointment/late cancellation, we will bill you a $25 no show fee, which is due immediately.

Subsequent missed appointments/late cancellation, we will consider terminating our physician-patient relationship and ask you to find a new physician.

Please phone us at 519-681-8860 when you need to cancel or reschedule appointment times.  Please give our office at least 1 full business day notice
